It is good to allow yourself to feel accomplished over semi small things. Don't get on a high horse for successfully putting socks on, that is too extreme.
But maybe it's okay to feel accomplished for successfully watching a scientific video about wolf stomachs without throwing up. Or drinking lots and lots of water so long as you do not make your bladder burst. And maybe you shouldn't find too much accomplishment out of drinking coffee because coffee is not the best thing to drink in extremely large quantities. But it certainly isn't the worst either.
And don't let yourself feel accomplished for spending successful time with friends. I mean in a way you can, but friends are not to be collected and checked off as success points. They are for loving and being loved by.
